Mary, Mary, Bloody Mary (1975)

Cristina Ferrare plays artist Mary

Mary, Mary, Bloody Mary on IMDB

American artist Mary Gilmore's van breaks down during a thunderstorm in rural Mexico. She finds an abandoned house nearby, occupied by a vagrant named Ben. He offers to spend the night there with her, to which she agrees. In the house, Mary reminisces to herself about murdering a United States Embassy employee she seduced the night before and drinking his blood. Mary is a vampire who is able to day walk and is driven to kill and drain her victims of their blood. She seems quite happy to do this until another copycat killer starts murdering victims in the same way and also seems to want to also kill her.
